DeepCosmo (deepcosmo.com) is a browser-based 3D creation platform offering online creation, editing, storage and sharing of 3D scenes. By using DeepCosmo you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Provide a real, valid email address when registering and keep your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately at the email below.

User content and ownership

Works you create on DeepCosmo belong to you. You grant us only the right to store, process and display this content in order to provide the service.

Public works are shown in the world square and visible to all visitors; once set to private, they are no longer shown publicly.

You warrant that your published content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property or other legal rights, and contains no illegal, pornographic, violent, hateful or malicious material.

We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law, and reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach them.

Acceptable use

You must not use DeepCosmo to: spread malicious programs, disrupt or interfere with the service, access other users’ data without authorization, mass-register or abuse the service, or engage in any other unlawful activity.

Disclaimer

DeepCosmo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the continuity, stability or fitness of the service for any particular purpose.

We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this service.
